intake manifold adapters

In the mid-70's,before there were a whole bunch of good intake manifolds available for small blocks,people adapted sbChevy intakes to Mopars.S/M was the class that seemed to make this the norm.There was a SS/DI article about building a car for the various classes.Anybody have that info available or remember the article?Thanks,Bob
