Intake Manifold Gaskets?

I need to order an intake manifold gasket for my 383 build, and I noticed there were a couple options. Is the Mopar Performance valley tray good enough, or should the valley tray be sandwiched in-between 2 intake manifold gaskets on each side? What type of setup is better. I'm using cast iron 906 heads.

my opinion is it is always better to sandwich it if there is room to do it.

I always go steel only with some tacky gasket dressing on both sides for a steel intake. On an aluminum intake or heads I would use the gaskets with tacky stuff on both sides
