Sorry for my ignorance - couldn't find a thread where this may have been covered. In general could someone explain to me the application differences between single and dual plane manifolds. ie strip versus strip, low versus high rpm, mild versus wild engine mods etc...best output ranges....

Cosnidering swapping out my holley street dominator (yikes) for a weiand dual plane. 340 with mild cam - street cruiser with the occasion pedal stomp
 
dual plane will make more torque and have better throttle response. Especially on a smaller motor or with lower compression ratios.

Single plane will pull to a higher rpm and feel lazier on the bottom
