Car:1971 duster
front brakes: Im about to install this kit.http://www.performanceonline.com/store/customer/product.php?productid=19537&cat=285&page=1
Rear brakes: stock drums and leaf suspension

I know this question must of been asked a million times but I just can't seem to find the best suitable size. Any suggestions would help. This is a daily driver. I was thinking front 15x7 4.5"backspacing, rear 15x8 3" backspacing?
Dunno about tire sizes but if anyone has a similar setup please list your recommended tire size. Thanks a bunch.

Is it a stock A body 8.75 rear axle assembly? If so, you will need more back spacing for an 8 inch wheel (4.25 to 4.50). 255's will fit in the back if the wheel is centered. 215 to 225 max up front.

I have 275 60's and 4 1/2 backspacing on fifteen x eight inch wheels on my 73 and the tires do not rub with a stock 8 3/4 housing.

Dont know about the backspacing etc, but Cragar makes some identical wheels Super Stars, that look identical to the Weld Wheels, i think they are less expensive if it matters. I have them on the Coronet.

I want to get the summit version of the pro stars. I can't seem to find the backspacing for front 15x7 with discs.

They have 15x7 with only a 4" backspacing. Anyone know if this will clear a 71 duster(front wheels) with disc brakes?

I bought a set of the Weld's 5 stars, and they were total crap. "Cheaply made". If you were to run them on the street, I would not trust them. I sent mine straight back the next day. Exchanged them for the Centerline brand, and love them. They were well worth the extra $ by far, in quality and looks.8)
Trust me!!!
