Interior door emblems 1971 / 1972

Guys- those rectangular plastic door emblems have two posts on the back, any idea what kind of fasteners holds them in place? Would anyone have a picture of what these fasteners would look like. I am a bit of a mechanical retard. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Frank

The post is what holds them . If they are not worn out

The posts dont seem to be even close to the same diameter as the holes that accommodate them? I will have to re-visit but thanks very much for the input!

There are clips they push into . They look like an emblem clip but bigger. Swinger emblems and others. have the same but alot smaller I have some off I will try and post a pic tommorrow.
