Interior vent door paint

My interior vent doors are somewhat rusted. What type of paint is (was ) used to refinish them. I recall in my original 69 Dart they were semi-gloss black? Anyone have any idea?

My 70 Dart ones appear to be a flat black like the Mopar hoods but it could be just aged.

Here`s some of the Ditzler paint codes for black:
1) 9324- Suede finish- Instrument panel, glove box, ashtray, steering column, bezels for rear shelf defogger.
2) 9028- Low finish- Seat and convertible top rails, console base
3) 9293- Semi-gloss-
4) 9000- High gloss- Interior door panels and trim

There was no listing for the air vent doors unless they`re considered "interior trim" but there is the semi-gloss paint listing, however nothing was listed for interior parts under it. These are all listings for interior paints. HTH some.
