Intermittent Ignition

'69 Dart with 904 auto: When starting the car and the column shift selector in park I have to sometimes wiggle the column shift lever to get the motor to turn over. This doesn't always work though, but shifting to nuetral has worked everytime. So I'm thinking some sort of switch, or connection, or relay has gone bad. Any Ideas where to start to correct this problem?

Your linkage to the xmission needs a slight adjustment. The neutral safety switch is barely (or rarely) making contact when in park so get under the vehicle and do a quick adjustment to the rod.
