Internal or External

Hello everyone. I am trying to confirm if this balancer and torque converter are for an internally balanced crank. I don't see any weights on either the converter or the balancer. The balancer does not say "for cast crank only" The crank is a '68 340, but parts below are not from motor.

I just wanted to make sure. Thanks
