Is it a real 1969 "gts" ????

Hi,
I am looking at a 1969 dodge dart thats for sale.
The vin is LS23P9B******
I have looked at the GTS registry and these #'s match lots of the ones that are on there.
I believe its the "S" That makes it a GTS or does anyone have any other info ?
Lots of other stuff indicates its a gts, the owner claims he doesnt know.
Im just trying to do my homework so I dont get burned.

340 Swinger in 69 would be LM23.

even if it's an actual GTS and then if you restore it to 100% perfection it's not a good car for flipping to make huge dollars off of.

just sayin.

if you are an actual dodge dart person the GTS is one of the most coveted trim packages.
but that dont mean dodge dart persons will pay hundreds of thousands to get one

How desirable are the LP's? I would rather not have the body trim and have a bumblebee stripe, But its what we bought.
