Just put my 76 dart on 4 jack stands at the same notch with the same frame location but for some reason the rear driver side was up higher than the rest of the car so I actually had to move the jack stand forward so it could meet the frame for contact!! Is my car bent????

How level is the floor?
How much difference are you talking about here?

Floor is surprisingly very level as far as I could tell with a level. The difference is less than an inch.

I wouldn't concern myself about that small amount unless their is obvious body panel alignment problems. This could show up as doors not opening and closing properly or
excessively wide or tight gaps between fenders and doors ect.
You could look under car for evidence of past frame repairs also.
Sometimes a bent car will dog track but this I believe you would have
been aware of already unless you haven't driven it.

Its called a car from the 70's. Let it go. Build tolerances were horrible. You'd be amazed how much your car flexes, that's why everybody says "weld in some frame connectors bro."

I know my car twists enough that at some points I wasn't able to open my doors! Haha and I know about the frame joining things too. Thanks guys.

Apply weight to the uneven corner of the car until it bends it back down

Or do what I would do and leave it alone
