Is the Steer and Gear power steering gear

really firm like the Firm Feel unit , or is it rebuilt like factory . I want to replace the steering to get some road feel . How big a job is it replacing the gear ours wise ? Not much of a price difference between S+G and F F , which is preferred ?

How long and how difficult was the install ? What has to be taken off to get the gear out ?

It was in the car when I got it. It has a leak somewhere so I will hsve find out how hard it is to get out. The manual says only the column needs to be removed... I hope it's that easy!
