Is there a generic pinion angle for an 8.75 to an a body

I am putting in an 8.75, for street use, is there a general rule for the angle of the spring perches? I am not planning on running this for the drag strip, just to keep the rear end under the 340 and not to need a wrecker the first time I get on it?
 
None really. You want just enough angle to cancel out under acceleration (the rearend twists under acceleration) or you'll eat u-joints and bearings and may have a vibration. Read the article on Moparts I posted. It tells all about it.
