Is this dash pad repairable ??

I've replaced the incorrect dash pad that was in my 68 Barracuda. Someone had used the wrong pad and cut off the ends to make it fit to the lower dash pads. There is no other damage to it. Is this usable to anyone?

thar was a nice 67 pad too. What a shame. It can still be used in a 68 though.
