Is this decal a Mopar thing?

This decal was on the Valve cover of my 73 scamp slant 6. I did a search and didn't find anything like it. Just wondered if anyone has ever seen it before and if it's a Mopar thing.

Looks to be from about 1985-1989
Shell introduced the SU-2000 in 1985 and replaced it with SU-2000E in 1990
