Me and my headers just had about 1 hour of whos the boss. I think I won, they are tight. Got a lot of hooking up stuff to do. This set up has never been together. Cant wait to see how this 408 does.

Headers are truly a PITA. Even in my fullsize truck. Good to hear you got it all worked out. How well did the Milodon pan fit with the K-frame? Any interference issues?
 
I had to cut a small notch in the K-frame on the pass. side other than that it seems fine. Thanks for the comments.
 
Memike, the smoke around the pan is what happens if you try to have a cig. while taking pics.
