Just drive it.
Our old truck had a good running, low oil pressure 318.

My wife said I ruined our truck by putting a higher output 360 engine in it.
She also said now, it was not fun to drive, clutch too stiff, and it would be worthless in the snow.

Now it has plenty of power, it used to pull our camper up hill at 45 mph on the interstate with my foot in the front bumper, now 75 mph it just laughs and sucks down 93 mixed with 115 like it is candy.

My wife still drives it when she needs to haul her stuff, but for the life of me I cannot power shift the old bull dog 4-speed from 3 to 4th.

What I am saying is if the motor in your car is mechanically sound, just enjoy it for what it is, do a cosmetic clean up.
