I was skeptical at first. Truck driver friend of mine brought back some gator from a catering gig he did in NO, not bad at all

Tastes like tough chicken. Had gator gumbo at a local wild game cookoff years ago. Its by invite only. Was called Zops, or Zopapalooza. 4 person teams. Had wild boar tacos, alligator gumbo, deer chili, elk fingers.
