Most people know that heavily traveled roads, especially ones with a lot of truck traffic get crack's in asphalt.
Those cracks fill with water and when the water freezes you have a pot hole
I see this every spring and the worse the winter the more potholes
Im sure there are other factors for potholes but thats what your state/city tax is for, fixing roadways
Never slow. Just a certain group of people have disappeared.
