figured I'd throw mine out there
30 over 5.9 engine quest head with 2.02 valve
speed pro h116cp piston should be 10 to 1
bullet cam .561 valve lift
236@50
108 centerline
basic stuff up top
airgap 750 holley
1 1 5/8 header this is my left over stuff so we will see
how it go's
would be kickass if it made 455
 
You aren't far off ,the bat... Horsepower is a bonus ,watch the the 3000 to 5000 torque curve. ANYTHING after that ,is a wonderful thing..
I am gonna 450-460 ft. -lbs of torque @ 4600-4700 ,. Peak's h.p. gonna be at 5800-6000
410-430. On the back drop
 
Sounds like it ought to make 440 or more hp, not much sb experiance hear, just what i read on this board, plus my stroker build.
It would be nice to see it go 460 hp,,,,,,,,,how much work was done to the heads? Manifold match? Carb spacer? Carb size and type?
 
I personally think it will be around 400-420 hp , but folks are making decent power this way and I had the parts so we will see
Really need to pickup a couple tenths over the old LA motor nothing will be change as far as the rest of the car goes
 
Another guess is, better low/midrange torque, which might make it ET better than dyno numbers would indicate?

subscribed. I'm in the same boat, need a little more hp with no other combo changes. Thanks for sharing the info.
