just asking differences between A & B body upper control arms ?

just asking because I have no idea (stupid question time) Is it possible to install A body upper control arms on to a B body ?? I mean will the even fit across the upper frame mount location ? Like I said I have no idea.
OK let me have all you negative replies . Only asking because some guy told me he installed A body UCA's on to his 1962 B body.
