I rebuild brake and suspension parts as a little side line business, and i just finished up rebuilding this 65-72 A body Kelsey Hayes disc brake set up.

Calipers have new pads, new caliper hard lines, new rebuilding kits, new rubber brake hoses, and all the hose brackets, and pad hold down clips are all there.

Rotors are machined. All the lug studs are right hand thread. All the wheel bearings, grease seals, are all there.

Included are Disc Brake lower ball joints that are required for this installation.
They are in good condition, and nice and "tight" and you don't have to spend another $120.00 to buy them.

Everything has been thouroughly cleaned, then soaked out in a solution of Evaporust, then painted up with Rustoleum paint, and put back together.

Included is the disc brake proportioning valve, and the hard lines to the master cylinder.

This is a complete set up, but you will need to purchase your own DISC brake master cylinder to use these disc brakes, wether you buy one for manual brakes, or power brakes, that will depend on what you will be using.

Selling everything for $775.00, plus what it costs for boxes, and the FEDEX shiping to your zip code. Price is firm. I spend lots of labor time hours to rebuild these parts, and what it costs for parts.

Have plenty of other pictures that i can send to you, if you are a serious buyer for my parts.
This is the third set up that i was putting together for sale.
It took a long time to find the caliper hose brackets that i needed to complete this set up.
Contact me through this forum with a PM message.
Thank's

For all you guys that are "purists" about certain things for you car.
One of my brake set up's has the LEFT Hand lug studs and nuts to it.
It's the set up in the left of the bottom picture.

So if anyone is interested in these brakes, i can send you a set with the lefties.

Got a e mail asking about that, so i thought i would mention it in a posting.

For the person in the state of Maine that sent me a regular e mail, a few nights ago, in regards to shipping to your state.
If you see this reply, i accidentally deleted your e mail with your address.
You had better figure on $125.00 - $140.00 to get everything to your state, all the way across the country from me, here in California.
FEDEX, Insured, Signature Delivery, and cost of boxes, packaging.
Thank's

Australians and New Zealand'ers, that have e mailed.

Yes, i have sold to your countries before.

I have sent packages of these disc brake parts to shipping-container company's in Southern California, that get them to your countries on the other side of the world.

Do some internet research at your end, who you would like to use.

I too have bought a set of these for my '70 Plymouth Duster. I am now considering buying a second set for my daily driver '72 Valiant to upgrade from the 9" drums. Parts look like new car takeoffs...lol. He takes great care in packaging these parts as well. Thanks again Jim.

Also, good to hear that your a happy camper with the parts. Thank you.

Whatever you decide to do, i will be glad to help you out.

I have quite a few people that have been 2, 3, 4, time, repeat buyers for my parts.

Will there be any caliper interference with my small bolt pattern wheels ( not ralley wheels )?

I already have the K/H disc brakes on my barracuda.
Do you have a caliper rebuild/ exchange program? If so how much? mine seem fine but I am going to need new pads in the very near future: trying to be a little proactive if the calipers need rebuilding.

I have been asked about rebuilding other members calipers, a few times in the past.
I can do that allright, but to be truthfully honest with you, when you allready have calipers in your possession, there is no way that i can compete with the China remanufactured ones that Rock Auto has listed.
Both ways shipping charges, at times, are the deal breaker on getting them done too, for the customer.

Not to my knowledge.
I never heard of any problems with people having stock 14 inch wheels on their car.
After all, these Kelsey Hayes brakes were used with regular steel wheels, or Rallye Wheels.

This disc brake set up sold this morning, so i now have two left in stock.

The other set up is just like this one, except the gravel shields are painted black.
That's the only difference between the current one that i can now place for sale on this forum.
Thank's
