i like how they zoomed out during the apprehension, then zoomed in when he was on the ground. God forbid they capture on film the clubbing to the back of the head. i didn't know a Scion Toaster could put the move on a police cruiser. other than that, what a dumb ***.
LAPD pursuit rules tie the hands of the on scene officers so bad and the criminals know it.
