LA vs Magnum timing set

Just wondering if an LA timing chain and gear set will work on a 5.9 magnum.

I have a really nice double roller set that was on my 318 with only a few thousand miles on it, just wondering if it will work on my 5.9. I'm tearing apart my used 5.9 but don't have the front end off yet to see what it looks like.

I personally recommend the tensioner too, although some on here don't like 'em. My magnum did not have one in it originally.

Absolutely... Cloyes makes all of them, look for a 3.9 Dakota, to avoid paying top dollar, or Mancini Racing. Have one , on mine....
