I do have another thread about things to do in Florida and I missed the cruise night in Zephyrhills because we went to Universal Studios which was awesome. So I was wondering about just car events (cruise nights, shows, etc) in the Lakeland area. thanks guys.

FRIDAY NITE CRUISE
The Pepsi-Cola® Friday Nite Cruise is now accepting customs, exotics, & special interest vehicles in addition to 1975-1987 cars & trucks! The show cars are on display in Old Town beginning at 5:00 pm. The car parade starts at 9:00 pm each week where one by one all cars cruise down the brick streets of Old Town! Mustangs, Corvettes, Monte Carlos, and more are popular sights on Fridays. Live music on the Main Stage begins at 7:30 pm. On Friday nights, the band sets begin at 7:30 pm, 8:30 pm, 9:30 pm, and 10:45 pm, weather permitting.

SATURDAY NITE CRUISE®
This event is currently in its 19th year and still going strong! It is the largest weekly car cruise in America! An average of 325 classic cars, hot rods, street rods and antiques from 1974 (and older) come to Old Town to cruise every Saturday. The cars roll in to Old Town beginning at 1:00 pm, and the Saturday Nite Cruise® starts at 8:30 pm (and lasts at least 30 minutes). Live 50's & 60's style rock-n-roll begins at 7:00 pm on the Main Stage.

WEDNESDAY NITE CRUISE-IN
The Duke Davis Memorial Wednesday Nite Cruise-In featuring Mustang Mike is now being hosted by Old Town every Wednesday night during the new "Rock at the Clock" event. This Cruise-In, known as the Wednesday Nite Cruise-In, has been in the Kissimmee, St. Cloud area for over a decade. It has seen many venues and has always had a core die-hard group of cruisers who have always attended. Duke Davis, the founder of the Cruise-In, passed away in 2006. Cars from 1987 and older are welcome to join the Cruise-In.

This saturday, March 28th, from 3pm to 7pm a car show at the Baptist church at Hwy 301 and Franklin Rd. Free bar-b-q, refreshments and entertainment, (country music). Antique, classic and Hot Rods. Fellowship Baptist Church, 13515 No. Hwy. 301. Also a car show the third saturdy of every month in down town Plant City.
