Lamp dash 4 speed hardness

I need help to find where the hardness from lamp dash to reverse is conected?

You mean the dash reverse lite next to the ash tray? If so, I tied mine into the wire from the tail lite harness, under the driver's side kick panel. Put it in reverse and probe the harness connector to find the correct wire, should be +12 volts w/the key in run position. .
