Week#3 of retirement for me. Got lots to do but the best part is I can goof off anytime I want to. I think I’ve got the power draw on the Dart figured out, it’s the MSD ignition. Installed a relay on it with a fuse, no more dead battery. Ignition and rev limiter working fine. But I’ll still keep my eye on it. Talked to a few guys about that they all told me that they installed a toggle and fuse on their MSD.

Why do you need the msd?

Morning guys.
Got a bit cool last night so actually turned the furnace on for a while.
I should get the snowblower back together. I got a new belt from Amazon and it was too wide making it too high out of the pulley and rubbed on a part of the belt tensioner. Sent it back and got an original part.
It was the correct part number but too wide.
Have a great day.
BTW it's wheelstand Wednesday and also hump day

Good question I guess for the rev limiter. Spun bearings once not happening again. 12 quart pan trap door to hold oil milodon swinging pick cleavite full grove bearings, balanced rotating assembly, flat tappet cam oil restricted to rocker shafts windage tray. And still # 5/6 rod bearing spun. No more Forged scat crank rotating assembly, icon pistons took almost a pound off rotating mass and all the rest of it now and limited to 6500rpm.

Been a funny day. One minute it's sunny then the next it's raining.
I cleaned up the 300 and it was in the garage and then my wife went out for a haircut.
Literally 3 minutes before she left it started to rain. Didn't know she was going out or I would have waited.
So when she came home I went out to get my hair cut. Thought it's now dirty so why not.
Clean it up again tomorrow
