Morning to you as well. Went out after lunch and blew snow because we were supposed to get freezing rain and high winds.
It did get a bit windy but no freezing rain. Looks like I have to go out again sometime today.
Have a good one

Morning gents. Didn’t get as much snow as the weather lair predicted, hour on the blower and done. Had the Massey plugged just incase. Off to the city to go shopping ugh. To many people, going to need a couple of stiff ones when I get home. Make it a great one guys

Well if it's anything like my 2 shoulders it takes a couple of days to start to work and then it's heaven. You can only get the shot every 4 months so I was told and about the 2.5-3 month it starts to wear off. Consider a knee replacement down the road.
yup, i guess nothing has changed ...i was a power lifter in my early to mid 20's. tendinitis and rotary cuff on my left shoulder. suffered for 6 months of therapy before i decided to get the shot...instant relief but....every 6 months or so, needed a top up. i did that for about 4 applications and said F*ck it...my power lifting career is now over. prize money was not worth the body pain anymore. i lived with the minor pain for about 30 years until my son dragged me back into the gym. no more pain

Hey guys. Been nice and sunny all day but a strong cold wind.
Went out and blew out two driveways after lunch.
2 hrs north of here they've got a band of snow coming off Georgian Bay creating havoc.
Around Orillia they had a huge pileup caused by white outs and apparently they said around 50 cars involved.
We were supposed to go to our son's on Sunday but the way the weather can turn we phoned back and said another time.
Have a great evening

Power lifter? Remind me to never piss you off John.

Been talking to some of my kids today and had some good phone time.
My son that works on windmill towers called and said he has a truck load of fiberglass and epoxy. and some other stuff they were going to throw out that he saved for me. I'm a happy camper I'll take it......

what do you do at the gym to relieve/erase the pain? or does simply moving help?
