I took a picture of the people doing the polar swim when it was on the news today.
Still think they're crazy.
Wife and I went shopping today and got some great deals at Wallyworld and then to Costco and then NoFrills and home.
It warmed up a but still cold but not real windy which helped.

It's really not that bad. My wife and I did it about 6-7 years ago up near Ely, MN, in -10* weather. Thankfully there was a sauna about 100 feet away....

So we did it again!

Well, you know you're alive when you do it, I'll tell you that much!

Got a video of my wife coming out of the water on her second dip (we use a large hole in the ice), and the language that came out of her mouth would embarrass a sailor!

No way in hell my wife would ever attempt anything like that, not sure if I would either. There is one held here when it's actually cold enough to freeze the lake.

No way I'd do that. After snow blowing the driveway out at 30 below and the wind blows the snow back in my face!
