Good to hear about the blood pressure. Freezing rain hasn't started here yet but it's coming. The drive into work will be like bumper cars I'm sure. More money for a bodyman
Hate to see that happen people should just try and stay home.
I realize people need to work but not to the extent of possibly killing some one or themselves.

Exactly but also learn to drive in accordance to the weather if you have to go out. Some of these BMW (Break My Wallet) owners should learn to drive PERIOD. I think the stupidity starts when they sign on the dotted line.
As high tech as the new cars are you think the car would sense a stupid driver and shut off.

Did you get a chance to look at the blower yet?
Not yet but I need to before I get snowed in again. I have a 4x4 pick up so I can get around ok if I need to.
Getting real tired of snow and if I didn't have a son in school I would jump in the motor home and take off for a few weeks.
Was looking at some color chips and found a red like the car you posted last and found one that was close to the same color that's not a tri coat. I am tempted to go with that on my car instead of green. I can't make up my mind but no big hurry.

Yeah I know what you mean Fred. I get anxiety from all this white crap. I just have to learn to not let it get to me. Something like Cabin Fever I guess. Getting closer to Spring day by day. My buddy is now counting the days till retirement. End of May I believe.

When you say Tri-coat does that mean base coat clear coat?
The colour is called inferno Red so you should be able to get any paint that colour shouldn't you? I know nothing about paint and body work. The only thing I know about it is stay away from you if you don't know what you're doing. LOL

Going to change it it's white and tan now and might go black and grey.
Tri coat is base color then pearl over that then clear. hard to match if I had to redo a panel.

You can go pretty much any exterior colour with that but even the white and tan would look good with the red. Lots of time to make a choice and as long as you're happy with it is all that matters. If people don't like it tell them to look the other way. Haha

Morning Fred can I put in my 2cents , I like period correct colour ‘s for cars like my profile pic is not period correct , I only chose it so it’s easy to pick out here, I think there’s a few guys would say blue ... or green just my 2 . Happy hump day.
Howdy folks. My tree is no longer laying on my house and is mostly bucked up into fire wood. Now I got to crawl up there and do a temp repair on some holes. One of the guys said on of em is pretty big but a gallon milk jug should cover it. I have some ant-freeze jugs that should work good. Hope you all are having a good day.

Period correct color is what I was going to do but I just don't like any of the colors and I have to live with it so trying to choose a color that I like.
Easy for some one to put it back to the stock color if they choose to after I'm gone.
Good day here BP but sounds like your day could be better. Sorry for your loss and hope you can pocket some insurance money by fixing it yourself.
Glad to hear your getting that straightened out , always fun dealing with insurance !
