Hey BP How big of a hole did you have to patch in your roof.
Not really sure yet Fred but from the inside it looks like 3 limbs you could have made 2x4's out came through the roof of and then just smashed the **** out of another area about the size of a football. It warmed up enough yesterday to realize there is more work to be done to control the ingress of water. Luckily its cooled off enough to giving me time to mitigate the water issue better than the first contractor did. Just gotta do everything yourself these days. A bunch of fat lazy fucks out there. Unfortunately I'm a fat lazy **** too.:)

We all get lazy but from what I can tell you'll do a good job.

I got a can of " Through the Roof " and patched my roof after a hail storm real good **** much better than tar and I think if I remember it will go on over even a wet roof.

I'll check it out. My plan is to undue what the contractor did and not so much try to seal the holes but channel the water past the wall out to the soffit area with some ply wood that I have laying around ( thawing in my shop). This is all from the inside mind you. The ceiling is vaulted so It has no attic and the insulation is bats that are 3 feet long and easily removed and replaced. I am going to put a short little piece of dowel at the end to create a little trough.

Sounds good. Me and wood don't get along real good always cut it to short.

Measure twice cut once !:poke:
I measure once and cut twice and it's still to short FOG.
I think it must be the tape measure. The only good tape measure I had I forgot to take it off the board I was cutting.:BangHead: Yep really did cut it into.

Good to have you back SLO and glad you had a good time. Sorry we were hoping to warm it up a bit before you got back into the freezer.
Did you bring back a new gun I hope.

I wish! Nighthawks are about 4K per pistol before they get fancy. Little to much for my wallet! Not saying they are not worth it but holy smokes that is a lot for a 45.
