All done thank God.

How you doing on yours SLO.
Quite frankly with all the struggles with rail cars and extreme cold my knee is about twice the size it should be. I got steering column and wheel sorted out and that's about it. I just have not been able to physically do much after wrestling rail cars every day. At twenty below it is hard for me to tell my men to go out there so I just get it done by myself then have them come out for the final push. With how high the snow is we have to use radios because you can't see one end to the other and derails are a super pain. In summary not much progress. This weather is taking a toll on me. It is relentless cold. I don't even remember the last time it was above zero F.

Morning guys was a long night, tossing and turning till 5 this morning.
I think I am not going to do much priming in the garage till spring, to hard on the old body smelling all the chemicals.

Morning guys still cold but clear skies here.
Good idea BP will have to try that I don't have a problem with my knees just was kneeling on cement and I know better than that. Will be done on the under side today so all will be good.
Ya, that kneeling on the concrete is a whole different story than what I was talking about and I know what you mean and knowing better. My best fix was knee pads that I put on under my pants right on the skin. It got uncomfortable sometimes but they didn't ride up or get out of place. Easier on the pants too. Glad those days are over. I use corrigated plastic sheets in the shop these days. Works pretty good. You can slide around on it but it does build static electricity. Especially in this cold dry weather. Anyway your car is looking good and I hope your knee feels better.

For the life of me, I cant figure why you went through all of that work Fred. What Ma Mopar did seems to be pretty substantial.

Hey BP hope all is going good over there and is warming up.
The reason I took the under coat off is my car had a bad tranny leak and soaked the under side real good. It softened a lot of the under coat and was coming off. I also found some rust here and there so decided to just take it all off and the bed liner is better for hold out and it looks pretty. :)

Should last my life time anyway. bottom side I will be the only one to see it so I'm happy.
Your boys will thank you. I did my lower rocker panels all the way from front wheel to back on my farm truck and it turned out great. I love that product. In actual fact it turned out so good I even did my (truck) grill with it. People always stop and look at it for a bit then sheepishly ask is that bed liner? Hah. Yep, sure is.

I always look under cars at shows. Drives the owners nuts. Hey WTF? If your showing it I'm gonna look. I ask to look under the hoods too. Some people at car shows can be jerks. It's like... why show it if you don't want to talk about it or flaunt it. Go be a dick somewhere else.
