That's a horrible way to live having to arm yourself 24/7. We are starting to have more and more guns and knives here in Canada so it seems. I've carried a Swiss Army Knife for years and I use it as it was intended for. Real handy when working on small engines etc. It is always razor sharp and could literally shave with it. As my Dad always said " a dull knife is a dangerous knife". You have to use more pressure to make a cut making yourself more vulnerable to slipping and cause injuries.

I have been sitting here amazed at my 6 month old Labrador/Boxer mix. He was neutered at 1pm today and he is absolutely terrorizing my other 2 dogs right now. They area 10 year old Labradoodle (50lb) and a 4 year old Bichon Frize/Shitzu mix.

They, not so lovingly refer to him as "Achmed" the terrorist.

He has 2 speeds,
1. Sleep
2. Afterburn

The vet said to not allow him too much activityactivity, I said "right"!

I am just amazed how little the hole thing has slowed him down!

Good morning, I guess it's time for the heater!

It's almost 40°F, supposed to get mid 50s!

I will be working on some fencing to contain the puppies today, for a while anyway!

A little a day and I will get them contained.

40-50c...Time to get the shorts back out guys.
 
I could move to a warmer climate and some day might have to, I just can't stand crowds and traffic.
So far I don't mind the cold.
 
With the weather being a little milder here it makes a huge difference. I had them put 4 skylights in the roof of my metal shop ceiling when it went up. During a good part of the year they allow enough light and heat in the shop to make it comfortable during the day. I have a diesel/kerosene torpedo type heater that I need occasionally.

The 4 panels are about 2x 6 feet each and you need sunglasses inside at times! Glad I installed them.

Sun lights would be nice but not here, darn. I have led lights in my shop and they are bright I'm glad I got them. I need to install a propane furnace when I can afford it, the pellet stove I have is not that cheep to run and is getting old.
Hey Jeff I think I'm going to have to buy a rotisserie for my car do you know what I should be looking for? I'm sure you did a good amount of research on getting yours.

I did sir, the one I have was purchased from a man at the Mopar show in Ohio that I went to a couple yeats ago. He was asking $1500 for it. On the Sunday before going home he said he was willing to not carry it home for $1k - sold! Mine has the jack s on both ends and easy locks for rotation. There's been a 72 Duster (Delerium) hanging on it for 2 years now. I will get some pictures to you l later today if you done mind.I

It is pretty easy to spin a car by yourself, which is an important issue to me as I normally have me, myself and I for help.

I bet you understand that huh!
 
I didn't think about snow load. I used to rake the roof in Wisconsin to minimize ice damming. I bet you get some serious snow load up there guys!

Sounds like you got a good deal for sure. No hurry I don't need one till summer. Have to get my car under side steam cleaned before I can do much. and need to keep it on wheels I can't wash it in the garage.

I put one of these in my shop. Guy owed me money. Took it right out of his shop. Damn nice piece of equipment. Re-Verber-Ray HL3-20-75 Infrared Tube Heater. The Highest Efficiency 2 Stage Heating Solution.
 
Just got my new issue of Hemmings Muscle Machines! new reading material in the bath room. lol
 

Weather well it’s 7deg marine fog set to burn off soon and a high of 10deg and sunny,cheers men have a great weekend!:popcorn:
