I have a good Graco airless I've' been thinking about using. Problem is the guy want's pearl white on the bottom:BangHead:. Top is dark blue. I'm gonna have to do it in sections. I think the best route will be a couple coats of single stage and put some pearl in the clear. I need to do some spray outs for him. No way am I tri-coating this thing.

I used to hate changing w/shields on Fiats. They didn't put much adhesive on the body and they glass would lay almost right on the pinch weld. You'd literally have to chisel the glass off the pinch weld. Just plain nasty to replace.
 
My cousin in Oz passed away on Monday and the funeral was today. They are 14 hrs ahead of us but I managed to get my sister and I in Canada, my cousin in the U.K. and my cousin in Oz to make a toast all at the same time. 8pm in Oz their time, 11am in U.K. and 6am our time. I had one cousin on Skype on the computer and the other on FB video on the phone. Bailey's at 6am was rather nice actually and went down rather smooth. Technology is wonderful to be able to this.

Yeah it did and was nice to be able to do that. It's pissisting down heavy right now and may get some thunder and lightning as well. But, later is supposed to be really nice and great for the car show tonight. Hope you had a great time with your family last night.

Car show sounds great.
Yea had a good time last night been real busy here Might climb a wind tower in a day or 2. 300' to the top of the tower that should give me my exercise for the week. lol

Hah! I would need Fred to translate all this for me! I don't know single stage from tri coat from pearl. Single stage means light just went yellow, I hang pearls on wife and tri coat means it is really cold!!!!! The car looks like a great canvas BP, but man it looks like it would be a lot of work. Have a blast with it. I gotta go, I have a date today with a rail car and a 275T crane.

Good luck to you on the climb Fred. Don't save me a place in line though. Nice when family gets together especially when your son lives so far away.

It is nice to see him been a long time.
The climb is not bad there is a hoist that helps pull you up the ladder and platforms every so many feet to take a rest on.

Don't blame you BP that's a long way from one end to the other.
 
I think the car show will be a no go for me. Cooling down a fair bit. The sun never did come out but was supposed too. Took my wife out for lunch and had a nice chicken caesar pita. Only ate half as it was huge. Probably have the rest for supper. My new neighbour owns the place and thought we'd try it out and it was really good.
