I run out side when I fart so not to ruin the sheet rock in the garage. lolSome times, when I'm outside, I go into my garage to fart so I can smell it later. Does that make me conceited?Just kidding. I do quite the opposite.
My base coat paint made it here today and the clear will be here tomorrow! YEH I'm pumped and at the same time scared to death to get behind a spray gun again painting such a big area without screwing up. Damn BP get your *** over here I want to paint my own car but always good to have a friend for back up.
Hey Biff all your wind ends up over here put a filter over that so the chunks stay in your neighborhood. LOLMorning men, all this talk about farting, made me have to...... man does that feel better!

My computer sucks and looks more like a video game but my son on the track in Grand Junction Colorado with his 2017 Fiat Spider with 14 other Fiats running the track My son did the best lap time even over the modified and his first time on a track.

I think you are better off without me Fred. Lots of better painters out there than me and you are probably one of them. You should do a flow coat on the Scamp. It looks like a small car to me after this limo. lol
After the limo BP a semi would be a piece of cake.
Gonna do the clear coat in PPG 4000 clear with flex to slow the dry time down.
Interesting. Never heard of doing that with the flex. Makes sense if you a nice clean environment. I like my stuff to dry fast to keep the dirt out.
Yes your right Mark dry fast and less dirt but if you slow the dry time down then the paint has a better chance to flow out and less orange peel and better control on buffing time that gives an old fart like me a better chance to sand and buff it before the paint gets to hard. Dirt in paint can be controlled somewhat in an open area with no paint both or a shitty paint booth like I'm using. Best to clean the area and have the car or whatever your painting ready for paint the day before you paint. Takes a long time for dust to settle and most of the dust will be falling off the guy putting on the paint or if no filter on the air hose can be a problem also. Just my 2 cents nothing set in stone.
Yup thats how I do it. Have everything ready and tip toe in the booth the next morning.

Is any body having the same problem as me? NO! not being senile but my computer keeps locking up.
Yes mine locked up for a bit too.
Goes ta show ya old men are not the only ones that lock up. lol

Yes I do Fred.... sometimes it takes forever for the drop down menus to open or when typing the letters don't appear then all of a sudden they all appear.

Morning guys. Wow did it rain over night. Hard enough to wake me up. Going to be hot and humid today. Time to clean up the 300 and cut grass today for sure. I was going to do that yesterday but change of plans

Wow this site froze up for seemed like 10 minutes
Morning Mark I thought it was my computer screwing up so I cleaned it out last night and still having problems. I guess my 20 year old computer is still ok.
Gotta clean my car and mow the lawn sometime soon that should keep me out of trouble for a few hours.

Wish you guys where sitting here eating lunch I get from this taco truck. Amazing food. Mostly a treat about every other week. Will be shipping the Limo in the morning. Gotta finish my beer and get back at it. Adios

Got the 300 all cleaned up. Just covered in pollen. Washed , detailed inside and out. I managed to cut the front grass but it's really hot, it's 27 and feels like 33 with the humidex. Heading to the car show downtown tonight. I'll make sure I get some shade
