Morning guys. Well got our first snow last night less than an inch wet sticky crap gonna go hibernate.

My hands and wrists are all swollen up. It happened just before went away. We think it started out after I had vacuumed and washed the floor and sat down and fell asleep. It started out with a stiff neck and a headache. So looks like I may have a pinched nerve in my neck. Can't get into the Dr till Monday unfortunately. Hands and wrists sure hurt especially when washing my hands or showering.

Ouch that sucks mostly waiting that long to see the Doc. Is there any thing you can take to get the swelling down.

Now that is different trying to keep the swelling down lol. I can't take Advil or Aleve because it's really bad on kidneys so just talking Extra Strength Tylenol right now and putting Extra Strength Voltarin on hands and wrists. It helps somewhat. I've tried ice and also heat but very little if any relief. Had a bad sleep last night because of the constant pain in neck, shoulders, hands and wrists.
Someone just shoot me lol
It's been like this for at least a month so a few more days will be ok.

Sorry to here that Mark real hard to do anything when your hands are swollen.
Off to work a few hours today so talk at ya later.
By the way my wife would use ginger root powder in hot water and soak in that when she would swell up not sure if it helps but something anyway.
