Yep I did mark shimmed the left motor mount and gained some clearance and engine is still setting in the right clearance from side to side so should be good.Did you get the exhaust done Fred?

Yes that would be nice. I cant believe the environmentalist haven't raised their hands to the situation. I worked on many rigs while calcium chloride was dripping in my face. It has a nice green hue to it in the light.We see this a lot and they spray liquid brine at the same time. It does work but wicked on the cars. My friend drove one of those and he said every two months they have to changed the stainless steel clamps because they are almost rusted through. Surely they can find something more environmentally friendly that won't rot the cars out.

You bet I am Mark I could fire it up in about an hour but It needs a load on it to break it in right so will wait. Use to haul salt from up in Saskatchewan down to Duluth Minnesota and about ruined the semi all the wiring was screwing up in the first week and was down hill from there.Yes that would be nice. I was reading about a product for that reason. Dont know how well it works. My buddy hoses his stuff with hydraulic fluid. I would call the boss on the phone and ask if I could wash the truck after hauling salt but he said no just keep driving. screwed up a good truck in no time.I was reading about a product for that reason. My old boss would put his rigs up on the lift and run a sprinkler under them after returning from Bonneville. He was a hardcore hotrodder. Loved that guy.
