Love dessert!!

Maple walnut for me with a splash of chocolate sauce, fruit optional. My all time favourite desert is heavy dark chocolate cake with a large dolup of no fat removed sour cream. You can’t say you don’t like it till you try it.

Our high for today is -24 C hovering around-32 right now. End of feb WTF can’t get a break.

Maple walnut for me with a splash of chocolate sauce, fruit optional. My all time favourite desert is heavy dark chocolate cake with a large dolup of no fat removed sour cream. You can’t say you don’t like it till you try it.

Some cakes call for sour creme in the mix. I make cakes all the time but have never done that. Swiss chocolate is my favorite, not into real dark chocolate
For an icing I use half a tub of Cool Whip, one cup of milk and 1 Jello Chocolate pudding mix. Blend it together and place in the fridge for 30 minutes and then spread on the cake. Makes a nice light icing and not sweet as hell

Been a beautiful day. Brought the snowblower outside and split it apart.
Couldn't believe what I saw. A pile of snow had got past the second stage somehow and started packing around the pulleys. The main pulley groove was solid ice all the way around. I guess in time it would have all melted and fixed itself.
I have honestly never seen something like that before. Mind you, I was going through some pretty thick snow and pushing it harder than I should have but the snow was just flying so kept it up. Glad it is fixed now anyway.
6 degrees right now and my wife and I sat outside near the house out of the breeze and man did it feel good.
