Had a heavy rain last night that turned into wet snow as the north wind dropped the temperature from about 60 to below freezing by 10 pm. No accumulation really, and should get back to around 50 todayGood morning guys, another night of not freezing.
Temperature has been back and forth, I think winter is trying to fight with summer.
Have to pull engine or at least lift it off the mounts with small block to get the headers in or out. Of the three different sets I’ve had on the car Hookers fit the best. Still have to lift engine to get them out. Had that Sbm in and out of that car so many times I should put zippers on it. Putting power steering on be sure to check belt alignment Chrysler is notorious for bad mounts. Make it a good one guys

Been trying to get four dead trees removed all winter, two of which hang over the house, and other two would hit it if they fell wrong. First two guys flaked out on me, but the third guy came highly regarded. Too bad he’s the most expensive.

Have a couple trees to remove my self, neighbour owns a snorkel lift. When it comes home for service again he and myself will take 4 trees down two here and two at his place. From the top down, smaller pieces easily controlled
That’s what we’re hoping to accomplish today. The guy bid the job with the understanding that we would help him on the ground by removing the smaller stuff while he’s up on the lift, this way he wouldn’t need to bring a “helper”. And we worked out a trade for the “good” wood against the cleanup and haul away, as he heats with wood.
