How old are you?Everyone is in a RUSH everyday mark. Ah.........., to be retired, 2 more years..... just 2 more years!
62.5 years of age. I may or may not retire tbh. very little stress at my job now ( after 40 years) and thinking of opening up a sandblasting business ( small scale) to supplement my income. The wife still has 9 years for her and all three kids are still living at home. I plan on living for another 50 years, so i have a ways to goHow old are you?
I'm 60, and I was supposed to retire this year, on Memorial Day, but "factors beyond my control" got in the way.
Hoping to do it next year, at the same time.
Hmmmm. 62.5 years...plus 50 years....(carry the one....)....That's a lot of years! I told my wife I'd do what I could to stick around until I'm 80, and anything after that will just be icing on the cake. Seems the males in my genetic line die at either 57, or 84, and since I've passed the former....62.5 years of age. Like you my job is pretty stress free now, as they're paying me for my knowledge and experience more than anything else. Love it! And without getting political, I'll admit that I'm a little concerned about retiring due to the economy, as while we can afford it right now, we're having a hard time planning when there's so little stability.
Good luck with your plans!
lol.......dang! hate it when that happensSupposed to be sunny all week, with no rain in sight. It rained today.
Same here 13. To be honest we need rain so badly right now but the weekend is coming and we all know it rains on the weekend from previous experience.Supposed to be sunny all week, with no rain in sight. It rained today.

They were both eating crackers in bed so I threw them out. BIG BARE FACED LIIEBeen a lovely day and hardly any smoke from out west but It was a lazy day and did 5/8th of SFA.
80 years ago today, an atomic bomb was dropped on Hiroshima and two days later on Nagasaki.
Yeah the war had to stop but that was pretty brutal way of doing it with 200,000 people dying immediately plus years of radiation sickness.
Let's hope that insanity never happens again.
By the way, time to check your heart with a bonus as well

Pretty convenient having a neighbour that owns a construction company and has all the equipment. Genie lifts, zoom booms, scissor lifts, etc. showed him my dept of labour operator’s license, no problem make sure it comes back the same way it left and I always fill it with fuelView attachment 1716438784Finally got that tree cut down that’s been in my road since I built my shop. That’s my son on the genie lift
My buddy is the service manager for United Rentals here, had a 10,000 lb telehandler delivered to my house last year, then came over to run it and move my shed. Nice having friends!Pretty convenient having a neighbour that owns a construction company and has all the equipment. Hope you find that rattle today.Morning guys. Was nice sleeping temperature last night but we'll be back into the oven today but been a nice break.
Going to tackle that annoying rattle I have in the Cuda today before it gets too hot.
Hope everyone's heart checked out ok yesterday.
Have a great day guys
I have one of those. More of a squeak than a rattle. Been chasing it for years Only does it on the full throttle up shift from 1 to 2. Haven’t been able to reproduce it any other way. Had most of the car apart at one time or another but never found that dam squeak yet.Morning guys.
