Sounds good Bro tell Diane I'm coming over for dinner. It's been spitting and then stops but the temp is quite cool.
My wife has been cooking today.
She made a large Mac and cheese which will be divided up into container and put in the freezer. She also did a pile of ribs as well cooked in a low temp and honey garlic sauce spread all over them. Having those for dinner and the rest will go in the freezer.
No car show tonight because of the weather.
Have a great evening

I need to stop over for supper someday Murray, that sounds good.I do 3 or 4 racks of ribs in the Bradley smoker, low and slow, use apple wood
And the super secret BBQ sauce. About 12 hrs in, smoke on for 4 to 6 hr. Otherwise to Smokey for us. Eat til we can’t eat no more then freeze the rest. Oink squeal. Hook Bradley up in shop that way you’re cooking dinner so no flack about spending the day in the toy bin. Lmao
Too late for the warning.Don’t blow a fart an achey breaky fart it might just end up in your pants,
Don’t blow a fart don’t take the chance it might just wind up in your pants
Sung to achey breaky heart.
Had chili for lunch. You need a Bradley smoker. Whole chickens, brinded or not, fantastic. Venison roasts, pork, and the bacon, your recipe not the salt sticks you get in the store. Was warned do not do fish or everything will taste like fish. Have cooked for 10 people on one smoke. Takes a while to dial in how must smoke you like, stick with the lighter woods in the beginning like apple, maple,/ oak, mesquite., are beef flavours and should be respected as they are very strong flavours. In the winter I move my smoker out side with the heating element off just the puck burner for heat and smoke and do Gouda cheese, awesome. Lot of tasty stuff for guys with FA to do and all day to do it.I need to stop over for supper someday Murray, that sounds good.
I have a small electric smoker and did some Buffalow jerky and it turned out dry but soaked the jerky in Rum and it was great. You need a Bradley smoker. Whole chickens, brinded or not, fantastic. Been really hot here again, well into the high 80s and low 90s. We did have a couple weeks of high 70s, that was a very nice change, and saved me on the a/c bill too!Heads up!!!!!! Weather man on radio said temps in my area 10-15*F colder than normal next week. You guys up North of me may need to bring in a couple of sticks of wood for the fire.

good morning MarkMorning guys.
Been raining overnight so the grass will certainly enjoy it.
Might rain most of the day so I'm good with that as no car shows tonight.
It is getting cool at night though which is good for sleeping.
We have the huge Autofest this weekend but can't go.
My buddy I usually go with is in Idaho till next week and we have my wife's family reunion (OH YAY, I can't wait.)
Probably will work on the Cuda today. I have some annoying water spots on it.
Will also take my new computer and the old one in to get everything transferred. Probably get it back tomorrow.
No heart check today boys, sorry for any inconvenience but have a great day
