Late 90s mini starter?

So I bought this at a flea market for $10, after a little google image search i was pretty sure it was a late 90s high torque starter. Can someone tell me for certain if it is? (And I didnt waste $10)

Thank you! Yeehaw! Only 10 bucks! Says napa remanufactured, but the rest of the label is worn off. Pretty good deal I think!

Yep! Have you tested? They are very easy to rebuild if needed. I'd pop that crazy looking adapter off too.

I have not, it said it had been tested. (But you know, sellers will say anything)
Yeah, I noticed that adaptor on there! Will be the first thing to go!
If it doesnt work, I'll send you a message and you can tell me how to rebuild the thing!
