Late model 360 fuel injected and OD trans swap into 74 Dart?

This is probably a very loaded question but first is it possible to swap in a factory 360 and factory OD trans from say a late 90s Ram into my Dart without having to butcher the car and what kind of cost am I looking at? What all parts are needed? I know the engine would bolt right up but the trans may be different. I am wanting this car to be reliable, tunable, and get 15-20mpg~ when I finally get it all together. I would love to do a late model Hemi swap but Im sure that would be double the cost or more. Has anybody done either of these swaps?

there has been plenty of 318/360 magnum engines put into A bodies, the transmission won't fit without crossmember modifcations but the engine will bolt in with your original mounts.

As far as wiring goes yes it can be done and has been done but don't attempt it if your faint at heart about wiring because the FI harness has to be modified quite abit
