Adjuster bolts?

I'm sure you are talking about the LCA pin. One on each side presses into the LCA bushing and then the arm. Other end attaches to K frame. They are available aftermarket.

 

I've got a couple that already have new LCA bushings installed. They are ready to press into your LCA (assuming the old bushing outer shell has been removed)
