LCA pivot pin hard to replace?

I have taken my complete suspension out of the Dart. I have a full Moog rebuild kit to replace, but it looks like I need to replace the bushings on the lower control arm pivots. How hard is it to remove these? I have a friend with a press..should that be enough?

As you can see, they need to be cleaned too...

I had more trouble with the uppers than the lowers but if you use a pneumatic hammer with the arm in a vice they`re not too bad.

You can also burn them out with a torch.
