lca question & stud removal shock mount

#1. I have a nice set of lca's with original bushings-- the pin has not off-centered from abuse-- but the rubber is cracking -- replace or use??
#2 I have a broken stud on the shock plate-- do these remove? it looks like it is threaded-- but I've not tackled this before.

Replace the bushing.

All the shock mounts I have come across that piece wasn't threaded on to the plate. Used to cut them off and use a Ford shock mount but couldn't locate one of those about a month ago either.
