leaf spring rebuild

I found this leaf spring how-to while searching around on the web. I like the Teflon spacers that are the entire length of the leaf springs. It should reduce some of the friction for a smother ride, I would think. I'm interested on other people take on the graphite spray. I'm thinking I will give it a try on my Ram's leaf springs and see how it works out.

Interesting...wonder if the ride was noticably smoother. Would also be curious as to how long the teflon material would hold up to off-road use. Guy did a nice right up...love the shot with the blood drops..LOL!
