Leaving Feedback

[RAT ROD AL]

I'm a firm believer in leaving Feedback.

What's the deal on leaving Feedback. Ever since the new formatting or updating to this site , I have not been able to leave feedback. It tells me " ooops we ran into a problem. " I need to fill out the comment box. Although I have and retry to do so . Still no luck. This is on my phone as I still don't have home internet since the hurricane. I used to be able to leave feedback on my phone.
What's the deal?
