[Found!] Left Thread Lug Nuts

Need 10 left hand thread lug nuts like the ones in pic... Do have all the right hand. Thanks....

Those don't look like any kind of factory nut. And factory ones are the only lefthanders available, that I know of. For example, the long chrome ones for the bolt thru wheel covers. AFAIK, if you have mag wheels that need a special nut, you have to change the studs.

Most after market lug nut makers do not offer LH lug nuts. They are more expensive to produce & most people change the LH studs out For RH studs when they go to after market wheels.

Thank you DizzyDean, but the shank is too long.. The ones I need are about 3/8 long..

Look into Jeg's or Summit racing, they have a large selection of aftermarket lug nuts. The ones you have pictured are acorn style, which fit a lot of aftermarket wheels.
