Left turn signal is hazards

Hey everyone I recently had an issue with my left blinker. It worked before but then it stopped so I looked towards the trunk area and found two wires coming from the left blinker bulb socket, one yellow(hot) and one black with yellow tracer(not hot). I attached the two and they made the left blinker work but only when the headlights are off, but it also turns out that it’s not just the left blinker but all the lights flashing. I’m confused!

Better check again.
You tied left signal to park/running lights.

Get a manual and use it to figure out your problem while following the wiring diagram.

And replace the bulb.
