where can i find a new set of LH thread wheel studs and lug nuts? and how do you get the old studs off the hub?

Take the hub off....hammer them out....get right hand studs!!

NO!!! if you are replacing the front studs-- do not use The bfh method!!!
rear axle it is ok---, your front hubs are swedged & you will ruin the the hubs, they need to be cut then removed -- or trade/swap someone with a RH hub & you'll be good to go!!
do a search on Swedge lots of info ,Lawrence

The guy above is right.....I've tried that just a few months ago and I ruined the hub doing it...and good luck finding another hub....cut the lip off and get some right handed ....the left should be left behind...

If you press the swedged studs out without cutting the "smashed" parts first, it will "hog out" the holes and any future studs will be loose. It may work for a while, but they will be loose, and can eventually spin in place when attempting to tighten or loosen the nuts. I've got a toasted hub laying on my workbench. The tire shop thought they knew better and ruined it.
